All incoming parts must undergo inspection by a quality inspector to check their appearance, dimensions, tolerances, roughness, etc. Parts must pass inspection before being stored.

During assembly, the cylindrical cam must undergo a 6-hour idle test to check for abnormal noise during intermittent motion, the smoothness of intermittent motion, and the meshing performance between the cam and rollers.
Before equipment assembly is completed and operated, all fasteners are inspected and marked to ensure that each fastener meets our assembly requirements.
